Abby - Jack, & The Dragon’s Rest-a Sphere.

This is really weird, eight-year-old-today, Abby thought, looking down at all the people milling around below her. They look so small, just like the tiny Lilliputians that were in Gulliver’s Travels.  Even those police cars and fire engines down there look like toy ones.

            Now here she was, face down with her arms stretched out by her sides, not exactly floating, more like stuck really, a hundred foot above the castle grounds.  Of course Mrs Marshall her teacher, would have insisted that she measure the distance in metres.  But thirty metres didn't sound as high as she felt - she felt a hundred feet up!

But Abby's adventures were only just beginning!
